Mark has led organizational transformations from Products -> Services, Hardware -> Software, Transactional -> Recurring Revenues and Perpetual -> Subscription/Usage models.

Mark has used this approach to drive both financial execution as well as cultural breakthroughs and clarifications. As President of Kent Datacomm, in 5 years the business grew from a $50M product reseller to a $500M solutions and services business and was acquired by Avnet Electronics. In his role as SVP, Sales and President SSG for Dimension Data, the business grew from $600M to $2.4B and was acquired by NTT. As SVP, Sales & Marketing at CoreBTS the business experienced a revenue and profitability turnaround and successful financial exit.
